SHIPPING POLICY

At TRC Concepts, we strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

TRC Concepts utilises a number of third party shipping providers depending upon the product and customer location. If you have a preferred shipping provider, let us know in the notes section at checked and we will do our best to accommodate.

Delivery timeframes are provided for informational purposes only and TRC Concepts provides no guarantees of the stated delivery timeframes.

Please take into consideration that interstate deliveries may vary depending on the time of year and shipping provider demand.

Damage during shipping is rare. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with as much information as possible. Include photographs of:

1. The packaging

2. The parcel label (clearly showing the reference number)

3. The damaged item

​​RETURNS​ POLICY

​At TRC Concepts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you wish to return an item, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the item. We recommend using trackable shipping methods to ensure that your return arrives safely. TRC Concepts is not responsible for lost packages.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that is may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
